Processing purposes

Due Amanti collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management purposes, such as customer administration, order and delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency monitoring, and sending marketing and personalized advertising.

The customer has the right to access their personal data at any time and can have it corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on that provision.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have the personal data transferred to another company.
