1. General
At Due Amanti BV, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order,
as a consumer you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with Belgian and European e-commerce legislation.

 
2. Cancellation
Period The 14-calendar-day cancellation period begins on the day after the product is delivered to the customer (or to a third party designated by the customer).
After this period, the right to return no longer applies.

 
3. Return
Conditions To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

· Items must be undamaged, unworn, and have their original tags attached.

· Items must be returned in their original packaging.

· The return shipment must be accompanied by a completed return form or a clear statement including the order number.

 
4. Exclusions from Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

· Items that are custom-made or personalized.

· Lingerie, underwear, and swimwear (for hygienic reasons).

· Items with obvious signs of use or damage caused by careless handling.

 
5. Return
Procedure 1. Notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery via webshop@dueamanti.be, specifying your order number.

2. Pack the item carefully.

3. Send the return to:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the delivery was incorrect or damaged.

 
6. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, Due Amanti BV will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used to place the order.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

 
7. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color?
Please return the original item and place a new order through our online store.

 
8. Defective or Incorrect Item Received
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at webshop@dueamanti.be within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the product and your order number.
We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or a refund.
