1. General
At Due Amanti BV, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order without explanation, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.

 
2. Withdrawal period
The 14-day period starts the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
After this period, the right to return no longer applies.

 
3. Return conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

·       Unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached.

·       Returned in their original packaging.

·       Accompanied by the return form or a clear statement including the order number.

 
4. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

·       Custom-made or personalised items.

·       Intimate or hygiene products (e.g. lingerie, swimwear).

·       Items showing wear, damage or use.

 
5. How to return
1.     Notify your return within 14 days via marketing@dueamanti.be, including your order number.

2.     Pack the item securely.

3.     Send the parcel to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of damaged or incorrect delivery.

 
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, Due Amanti BV will refund your purchase using the original payment method within 14 days.

 
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first and then place a new order through our webshop.

 
8. Faulty or wrong item
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at marketing@dueamanti.be and include a photo.
We will replace or refund it as soon as possible.
