2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every order, purchase, or agreement made via the website www.dueamanti.be, the physical boutiques of Due Amanti BV, and all communication between Due Amanti and its customers.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any of their own terms and conditions.

 
3. Products and Availability
The products offered are intended for individual customers and are carefully described and photographed.
Images, colors, or dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings or production batches.
All offers are valid while supplies last.

 
4. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping costs will be listed separately before the order is confirmed.
Due Amanti BV reserves the right to change prices, but the customer will always pay the price that was valid at the time of the order.

 
5. Order and Confirmation
An order is not final until it has been electronically confirmed via email by Due Amanti BV.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, or non-payment of previous purchases.

 
6. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Mollie.
The following payment methods are available:

· Bancontact

· Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

· iDEAL (for Dutch customers)

Payment is processed immediately upon placing the order.
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend delivery or terminate the agreement.

 
7. Delivery
Deliveries within the Benelux are handled by Bpost.
Delivery time: on average 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Due Amanti BV is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure (such as strikes, pandemics, or exceptional weather conditions).

 
8. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Conditions:

· The return period begins on the day after delivery.

· Products must be returned undamaged, unworn, and with their original tags attached.

· The return form or a clear statement must be included.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

· Items that are custom-made or personalized.

· Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as lingerie).

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

 
9. Warranty
For consumers, a 2-year statutory warranty against manufacturing defects applies, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by poor maintenance.

In the event of a defect, the customer must notify Due Amanti in writing within a reasonable period (max. 2 months after discovery).

 
10. Liability
Due Amanti BV is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profits.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order or the product in question.

 
11. Personal Data
Due Amanti BV processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of West Flanders, Bruges division, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
