2. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases made via www.dueamanti.be, Due Amanti boutiques, and all communications with customers.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.

 
3. Products and availability
Products are intended for individual consumers. Descriptions and photos are accurate but may vary slightly due to display settings.
Offers are valid while stocks last.

 
4. Prices
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.
Due Amanti BV reserves the right to adjust prices, but the price at the time of order will always apply.

 
5. Orders and confirmation
Orders are final once confirmed by email.
Due Amanti reserves the right to refuse any order in case of error, fraud suspicion or unpaid previous orders.

 
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Mollie using:

·       Bancontact

·       Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

·       iDEAL (Netherlands)

Payment is due immediately. Non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of delivery.

 
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped by Bpost within the Benelux.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after payment.
Due Amanti is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

 
8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason.

Conditions:

·       Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags.

·       Include the return form or a clear statement.

Exceptions:

·       Custom or personalised items.

·       Hygiene items (e.g. lingerie).

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.

 
9. Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.
This does not cover normal wear, misuse or poor maintenance.

 
10. Liability
Due Amanti BV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the order value.

 
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Governing law and disputes
Belgian law applies.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of West Flanders, Bruges division, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
