How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due Amanti strives to deliver the ordered item within 5 business days. However, this delivery time is only indicative. A strict delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as the delivery of our packages depends on the delivery services of bpost.
Items ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands. Delivery is carried out by bpost, DHL, or DPD. Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated, the goods will be delivered to the customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated during the payment process. Shipping within Belgium is free for orders over €99.

Returns

Can I return my order free of charge?
The cost of returning the order is borne by the customer.
As a customer, you choose a transport company of your choice to return your order.
If you want to exchange your order for a different size, please contact customer service. In this case, we will send you a return label. This does not apply during the sales period.
How many days do I have to return my order?
The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
